Our staff carry out day to day tasks such as assisting users, processing requests and maintaining the servers and their security.

Staff Roles
Management Team
The Management Team are responsible for ensuring that the
other teams are functioning and working properly.
Technical Team
The Technical Team are responsible for maintaining servers,
networking and infrastructure.
Development Team
The Development Team maintain websites, bots and custom systems.
Support Team
The Support Team are responsible for processing requests
and assisting users.
